Before undergoing any plastic surgery, clients should consider contacting the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). The ASPS was established in 1931 and is the largest society of plastic surgeons in the world.
The surgeons who are members of the ASPS are not fly-by-night practitioners. They all have at least six years of surgical experience and at least three years of that are in plastic surgery.
Any type of surgery is inherently dangerous so why raise your risk by not making sure you have the most trained and experience surgeon? Put yourself in safe hands and do not become a horror statistic.
Before you have your surgery spend some time doing your own research. Make sure you know what to expect post surgery. How soon will you be able to go back to work? What is the worst case scenario? What is the success rate?
